Architectural art glass can be decorative, or make a powerful artistic statement.

Architectural art glass in the last 25 years has experienced enormous growth and evolution. Glass art has finally moved into the realm of the fine arts. In part this is due to technical innovations and the development of methods that are more consistent with contemporary building techniques in architecture and design concepts. It has been particularly true for the traditional leaded glass because of the more virtuosic use or application of the lead line as a graphic element by the artist rather then it being a mostly structural element.

The exploration and more adventurous approach in design in the traditional stained glass field also became a catalyst to experiment in many directions with glass as an artistic medium and to combine various techniques that where previously only applied in a specific or isolated way.

At ANDET, we designed and equipped our studio specifically to take full advantage of this approach. It enables us to create art glass for every space and application.
